Our Exit Interview service enables your company to obtain valuable and factual information behind an employee's decision to resign. The information gathered can be applied to your retention strategies or enhance questioning techniques during future interviews.

We understand that employees exiting a company are not always comfortable about openly sharing their thoughts or true reasons behind their decision to resign with their direct line manager or an internal representative of the business.

This is where we come in, as an independent ‘neutral' professional allowing the exiting employee the opportunity to openly share their thoughts (positive or negative) behind their decision. The aim of this exercise is protect your company's image because verbal marketing is powerful and unfortunately in today's environment, negative marketing (verbal or online) can be more powerful and damaging.
